If you hadn't heard this, then I dont know where the hell you been. This song is off of Jay-Z's Blueprint 3 album which is phenomenal if you hadn't heard it yet, go grab yourself a copy. I love this song not only because of the artists but they represent one of the greatest cities. I had visited New York back in 2003 and can appreciate the city for the short time I was there. One of the highlights was getting off the subway at a wrong stop which was Bronx and walking towards Rucker Park in Harlem which was the destination I was aiming for. The mecca of basketball, was felt on that court but at the time of the year there were players there.
Droid

Verizon has launched a full assault against the iPhone with the commercial above. If you haven't seen it yet, a lot of the Apple fanboys are probably cringing when it aired. But I am open to new devices and have used a lot of them so I am not closed minded like Apple users and am willing to try something else. A picture of the device (2nd picture) is the Motorola Droid which uses the Android operating system which scales a full qwerty keyboard, new processor, 5 megapixel camera and other great features. This phone launches Nov 6th and have already pre-ordered it, so I am very excited to try this phone out. Once i get my hands on it, I will maybe have an unboxing/review of it.

Storm 2
The Storm 2 releases today on Oct 28th. It is the same device, but better hardware and improved surepress (which is the actual screen clicking down). I went to the Verizon Wireless store and immediately tried it out to see what the improvements were. The screen has accompanied the buttons so there not really separated So going through the menu's scrolling up and down on the screen you get that bounce when stopped at the top or bottom. I love the transitions that it has, but I believe that is part of the 5.0 operating system update. Now onto the typing which most users are curious about, jumping into typing a sms message I could already tell there was a great improvement from the previous Storm. It clicked down but not all the way, and the two finger typing was actually there, you didn't have to feel handicap when using it. So just playing with it for about 8 minutes I had drawn my conclusion that the Storm 2 isn't for me. What I am looking forward to is the Droid but that will be another topic in the feature. Drop comment's if you had experienced the Storm 2 or anything to say about it

Nifty Fifty
Recently bought a Canon EF 50mm f/1.8, I've heard from a lot of people it's a great amateur shooter lense, and it was definitely different. Just having a set range, you have to work for the distance you want and kind of position yourself for what exactly you want in the shot. So I am very excited to have bought another lense and to try something different

In Search
Whenever I see pictures of SF in magazines/internet I was always intrigued into the fog that would come over the water also known as "the blanket". So heading out around 5-6 o clock I didn't know if it were there or not, but i was in luck. Great weather, cool but not freezing and tons of people on the Pier as always. The guy in the fifth picture had, what I would like to call a bazooka zoom lense, I'm sure he got a better shot of the Golden Gate than I did.
